Campites are non-transferable and failure to make timely payments will result in site forfeiture and the cancellation of your reservation. Also, all campers and personal property must be removed by your closing date.

RESERVATIONS
Seasonal reservations begin on the 2 nd Saturday in January every year at 9:00AM via an online reservation system.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A deposit is required to make reservations. Deposits are equal to a one night rental and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Deposits are refundable upon 3 weeks’ notice with a 15% service charge on all cancellations.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is daily from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. If you are going to be later than 5:00 pm please phone ahead and we will be glad to make arrangements for your late arrival. Check out time is 11:00 am. Buchanan Resort Office: 731-642-2828
