Deluxe Cottages
All deluxe cottages include color cable TV, linens, outdoor chargrill and daily maid service. Beds include 4 doubles and 1 hide-a- bed. All lodging units have outside electrical access for battery charging.
No pets are allowed in any resort lodging. Pets are only allowed for campers if on leash.

RESERVATIONS
All lodging and nightly and monthly camping is subject to 9.75% local Tennessee tax and 5% room tax. All lodging can be reserved on a nightly basis during the week days with the exception of Lodge 15 and Lodge 16 which there is a 2 night minimum. All weekends require a 2 night minimum in all lodging units. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum for all lodging and camping rentals.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A deposit is required to make reservations. Deposits are equal to a one night rental and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Deposits are refundable upon 3 weeks’ notice with a 15% service charge on all cancellations.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check- in is daily from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. If you are going to be later than 5:00 pm please phone ahead and we will be glad to make arrangements for your late arrival. Check out time is 11:00 am. Buchanan Resort Office: 731-642-2828
