RESERVATIONS

All lodging is subject to 9.25% local tennessee tax and 5% room tax. All lodging can reserved on a nightly basis with the exception of the LODGES which there is a 2 night minimum. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum for all lodging and camping rentals.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

A deposit is required to make reservations. Deposits are equal to a one night rental and can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Our cancellation policy is refund upon 3 weeks notice with a 15% service charge on all refunds and cancellations.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in is daily after 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. If you are going to be later than 7:00 pm please phone ahead and we will be glad to make arrangements for your late arrival. Check out time is 12:30 pm.
